Join us for the National Prescription Drug Take Back event. This nationwide event is hosted in an effort to help the community properly dispose of unused prescription drugs. Proper disposal of medications helps save lives and protects the environment. Flushing prescriptions contaminates the water supply, and throwing them in the trash opens opportunity for abuse or illegal activity.

Simply drive through the front parking lot of the Bend Police Department to drop off your unused medications right from your car window! As a courtesy to the community, the Bend Police Department will accept injectable medications that have been separated and placed in an appropriate sharps container.
