Wildland Firefighter Foundation Fundraiser – ‘Rip-N-Lips’ Invitational auction and fishing tournament

June 3^rd at The Old Resort Prineville Reservoir, the 13^th Annual ‘Rip-N-Lips Invitational’ auction and bass fishing tournament to benefit the Wildland Firefighter Foundation (WFF) is taking place!

A family friendly event with kid activities, food and beverages available for sale on site. Over 100 auction items, raffle bags, swag and apparel on hand. The silent auction starts at 2:00, music by The Sleepless Truckers at 3:00, the live auction starts at 4:00, followed by more music! The auction is open to the public, competitors in the fishing tournament will be a mix of active and retired firefighters and their families.

The Foundation’s vision is: “To honor, recognize, and support wildland firefighters, past, present, and future, and to provide resources to assist fallen and injured firefighters and their families.”

The tournaments and auction have been one of largest fundraisers for the Foundation and last year raised $77,000.  With this being our 13^th year of the event, our goal is to raise $80,000. This year with the Central Oregon communities help – we know we can make this historic mark!
