Wildfire Preparedness Fair in Sunriver

Stop by the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC) for this free event and see Local & State officials to learn how to prepare for the next wildfire by mitigating the risk and having a plan. There will be a special presentation from 1-2 pm from a research scientist and engineer from the Insurance Institute of Business and Home Safety on what causes community loss during wildfires. Resource tables will include how to receive a free wildfire home assessment, grant opportunities that are available, what to pack in a go-bag for an evacuation, how to be ready for smoke, and more.
