Wildfire Preparedness Fair in Sisters

Attend this FREE event to learn how to prepare for the next wildfire by mitigating the risk and having a plan. Local & State officials will be available to answer any questions you may have. There will be a series of short presentations covering the topics of evacuation planning, best practices for preparing your home for wildfires, Deschutes County grant opportunities and what the Firewise program is about. There will be resource tables on a variety of wildfire preparedness topics, such as prescribed fires, being ready for smoke, what to put in a go-bag, how to get a free wildfire assessment of your home, plus more!
