Come discover the natural high of using your breath, body and voice as a healing vibration. Develop more confidence in your voice, for speaking or singing. Get grounded and comfortable in your body. Discover freedom of expression and control of your voice to convey clarity, authenticity, and confidence to others.

This is a PLAYSHOP for people of ALL LEVELS of experience.The group practice of mind-body-breath-awareness and vibrational presence will be conducted in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Participants often feel more embodied, more playful, a calm natural high, emotional release, deeper clarity, increased sense of confidence, more grounded and connected.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
