Let’s start the year with a powerful tool for achieving your intentions for 2024. This fun, mind opening 3 hour Playshop will include meditation, visualization, journaling and creating a vision board to take home with you. Magazines, scissors, markers, glue sticks and a poster board are supplied and feel free to bring your own images or photos. Organic, plant-based snacks will be provided. Neuroscientist Dr Tara Swart explains: “Looking at images on a vision board primes the brain to grasp opportunities that may otherwise gone unnoticed. That’s because the brain has a process called ‘value-tagging’ which imprints important things onto your subconscious and filters out unnecessary information.”

Bring a journal or note pad and pen. Register for one class or the other, this is not a series.
