Unity Event Learning to Love Yourself

Cost: $25 per class or $85 for all 4 weeks when paid in full at first class.

This is a 4 week class every Thursday in the month of April

​Learning to love yourself can be hard and my intention is to provide you with the information and the techniques you need, for mental, physical and spiritual healing. Most importantly learning to love who you are now. This is a four-week course in a three-part series. We will be discussing the importance of self-care and self-love through interactive activities and practices you can use at home.

This class will be taught by Robyn Iona, author of the newly released book – How to Forgive Anyone.
