Autumn is a season of release. As an expression of nature, we do best when we let go of that which no longer serves us: the beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and stuff. All of this release begins with consciousness. For five weeks, we will focus on various aspects of letting go, preparing our minds and hearts for the dreaming season. Because we are integral to the Field of Creation, as we release, we make space in the Field for new creation.
