October 15 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pmFree
Join the Deschutes Land Trust and Tom Wainwright for a fall hike to explore the trees of the Metolius Preserve. Soak in the golden fall colors of Western larch and bracken fern, as you learn about the diverse suite of trees and shrubs that grow in this fascinating part of Central Oregon. The Metolius region boasts a unique combination of wetter plants and trees from the west side of the Cascades along with the drier eastern Cascade vegetation.
