“The Sound of Music” Screening and Sing-Along

Come watch (and sing along to) a classic film! Movie will begin at 3:00pm, but feel free to grab a seat any time after 2:30pm.

This event is intended for all ages, and children under 10 must be accompanied by a caregiver. 

Enjoy a sing-along along version of this classic film with lyrics on the screen. Members of Ridgeview High School’s Ravensong choir, directed by Belinda Sisson, will also be present to help lead songs.

This classic musical follows the story of Maria, a prospective nun in Austria, who takes a job as governess to a family of seven children. Maria grows fond of the children and their widowed father, Captain Von Trapp, and brings unexpected joy into their lives. Run time 174 mins.
