This summer we are partnering with local farms and producers to host outdoor yoga classes in support of local businesses. We will lead a one-hour outdoor yoga class, followed by a tour of the property. You will have the opportunity to sign up for CSAs and buy local products directly from the producer after class.
Join us August 19th for a yoga class and farm tour of Rainshadow Organics. Rainshadow Organics promotes widespread regenerative farming and eating on their 200-acre farm. They produce certified organic vegetables, herbs, berries, flowers, pork, chicken, eggs, turkey, beef, and grains. Everything is distributed within 50 miles of the farm through CSA programs, local restaurants, grocery stores, farmer’s markets and their Farm Store. They are family-owned and comunity-based. This is a mindfulness-based, all-levels flow class that links breath and movement. Come practice in community, in nature, and support local!
