Ribbon Cutting for Crescita Community

Join the Crescita Community Ribbon Cutting on May 12 at 12 noon at 2500 NE 8th Street. Crescita is a 5-unit affordable homeownership community serving Bend’s local workforce. Kor will be distributing electric bikes to new homeowners at this event.
The community is funded by Oregon Housing Community Services, Washington Federal Bank, the City of Bend, Pacific Power Foundation, and All Points North Foundation.
The development team includes Cascade Precision Homes, Ten Over Studio, Ashley & Vance Engineering, Blackmore Planning, Sunlight Solar, Earth Advantage, Energy Trust of Oregon, York Bros. Excavation, and S&F Land Services.
