Revolutionize Childhood Routines with Music

Revolutionize your child’s routines with music, chants, and movement!

This is an in-person program. Registration is required. We recommend this program for children ages 3-5, and all children must be accompanied by a caregiver.

Some things cannot be avoided: long waits at a doctor’s office, long lines at the market, or long hours watching a Little League game. What can you do to interest young children during such times – at least without handing them a cell phone?

At this event, Rebecca Locklear will engage caregivers and their children in chants, as well as some movement activities and a few songs. These are pieces you can adapt and use regularly to help your child navigate routines and tough situations with ease. Rebecca particularly chooses chants that enhance language development.
