Restoration Tour, Priday Ranch

Join the Deschutes Land Trust and Jen Zalewski for a restoration tour of Priday Ranch. With more than ten miles of Trout Creek, Antelope Creek, and Ward Creek, rugged canyons, and native grasslands, Priday Ranch is home to a wide variety of plants and animals. Explore the meadows and canyon carved by Trout Creek as you learn more about the Land Trust’s efforts to restore juniper forests, native plant communities, and Trout Creek. Registration is required and opens 1 month prior to the event.

Hike Rating: This is a moderate ~2-3 mile hike on roads and off-trail, through grassy meadows.

Route: This hike will start near the parking area and will include walking on roads and off-trail. Terrain will be uneven at times.

Elevation gain/loss: This hike is moderate with little elevation gain/loss.

What to Bring: Snacks/lunch, water, closed toe shoes. Dress for the weather.
