Redmond Community Choir presents “Sounds of the Season”

The Redmond Community Choir presents their “Sounds of the Season” holiday concert on Sunday, December 14th at 4 pm in the Redmond High School auditorium.  With over 70 singers, the choir will fill the air with traditional and contemporary settings of holiday favorites including “The Christmas Waltz”, “Feliz Navidad”, and “We Need a Little Christmas”.

Joining the choir will be Central Oregon’s premier brass ensemble, The 27th Street Brass Quintet.  The group will open the concert’s second half with a medley of familiar holiday tunes, and will be featured on several songs with the choir.

Also featured in the concert will be Joyful Noise, a select ensemble of choir members.  This group was started three years ago to meet requests for outreach events in the community, where bringing a 70 member choir is impossible.

This concert is free to the public, and donations are appreciated.  The Redmond Community Choir is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and is a partnership program with COCC Community Education.
