Plant Based Eating

November 14, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Learn the basics of well-balanced & flavorful meatless meals.  Registration is required.

Less meat more flavor! As Suzanne explains, “With more than 80% of diseases considered lifestyle diseases, upping your veggie consumption is essential to getting well and staying healthy! Are you tired of salads and smoothies? Do you never think of ‘comfort food’ when you think of vegetables? My talk will cover the basics of eating a well-balanced diet with or without animal protein; whole grains and legumes; and sources of non-meat protein.”
