OSU-Cascades and PRAx Present: IMANI WINDS x ANDY AKIHO

The OSU-Cascades and PRAx Presents concert series continues with “BeLoud, BeLoved, BeLonging,” a Grammy-nominated collaboration between Pulitzer Prize-winningcomposer Andy Akiho and the acclaimed and Grammy-winning wind quintet Imani Winds. This genre-defying performance explores mass incarceration through bold percussion and wind arrangements. Presented at Bend’s Tower Theatre, “BeLonging” is a powerful example of how the arts can illuminate social issues and inspire change.
