NAMI Gather Journaling for Mental Health Workshop Series
An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until February 21, 2025

Join us for a NAMI Gather Journaling for Mental Health drop-in workshop series on February 7, 14 & 21 at the NAMI Central Oregon headquarters at Embark Coworking Space, 2843 NW Lolo Dr, Bend, OR 97703! Please RSVP here
In these workshops, we’ll cover different types of journaling and how they can help you process feelings, emotions and set healthy intentions. The workshop will include time for you to try out each of the journaling styles in each session. We will provide journal supplies, snacks and the workshop is free.
Attendance at all of the sessions is NOT required, you can feel free to pop into any of the workshops, although you are welcome and encouraged to attend all of them – we’d love to see you.
Styles of journaling covered will include:
- Bullet journaling
- Stream of consciousness journaling
- Visual journaling
- Intention journaling
