Making Low-Sugar Jams with OSU Extension

Reducing the sugar in your regular pectin recipe often results in syrup. Learn how to make and preserve successful low sugar jams with special pectin products in a hands-on workshop with Oregon State University Extension Master Food Preservers. The registration fee includes products made in the lab and OSU publications and recipes. Register online by Sunday, July 14.
