This beautifully illustrated children’s book by Linda Sue Park tells the story about a Korean family enjoying the production of a great comfort food Bibimbap. Bibimbap is arguably one of the most well-known Korean dishes around the world. Come to Arome and enjoy a short story and learn the basic intricacies of Bibimbap. What makes this meal stand out? Not only is it a Korean classic, but it’s also delicious, colorful, and easily changed to personal preferences.
Instructor Bio:
Alex Schultz is the Retail Store Manager of Arome here in Redmond. He is a gourmet food enthusiast who graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a BS degree in Hospitality Management. Alex managed restaurants and kitchens for over 26 years where he learned many cultural food techniques and recipes. He enjoys learning and sharing his passion for food with everyone.
