Join us for an evening of exploring three different sparkling wines with simple food pairings. Learn about what makes up a perfect pairing and come away with ideas for how to throw your own party using simple ingredients that will complement your wine!”

Lydia DeRoss grew up in Central Oregon and currently lives in Redmond with her husband and three children. She came to the wine industry in 2021 after years of enthusiasm for wine. Lydia completed the WSET Level 2 certification in 2020, and the Oregon Wine Expert program in 2022. She is currently studying to become a Certified Specialist of Wine. Her passion is sharing her love of wine with other people and finding wines that excite and surprise them.
