Visit Oregon Spirit Distillers for a guided tasting of four varieties of Gin. Learn about gin making, and how ingredients, types of botanicals, botanical macerations, and distillation methods lend to the uniqueness of each individual gin. Participants will try Oregon Spirit Distillers’ Aged Genever Gin, Dry Gin, Sloe Gin, and Pinot Noir Barrel-Aged Gin, while learning about production processes and seeing a distillery in action.
