Sullivan is the author of 23 books about Oregon adventure, history, and mystery. His journal of a 1000-mile hike across Oregon, “Listening for Coyote,” was chosen by the Oregon Cultural Heritage Commission as one of Oregon’s “100 Books.” He lives in Eugene, but spends summers at the remote log cabin he built with his wife Janell far from roads and cell phones in the Oregon Coast Range.
