ImPACT Concussion Baseline Testing Available for Ages 12-18

The Center Foundation is pleased to announce its remaining upcoming Community Concussion Baseline testing dates for 2022. ImPACT Concussion Baseline testing will be available for children ages 12 through 18 years who have not already received the baseline in the past two years. This test is highly recommended for youth athletes who participate in high-risk sports. Group testing will be available the following dates and times:
Friday, October 21st – 9:00 a.m. start with more times added as needed
Friday, November 11th – 9:00 a.m. start with more times added as needed
Monday, November 21st – 9:00 a.m. start with more times added as needed
Monday, December 19th – 9:00 a.m. start with more times added as needed
ImPACT Concussion Baseline testing is a computerized “snapshot” of how a child’s healthy brain is functioning. The baselines are NOT MRIs or scans – they are computerized assessment tests and the baseline results are electronically stored for use in the event that the child suffers a concussion.
The cost of the baseline test is $20 and takes less than an hour to complete. Registration is required by contacting Stuart Schmidt at 541-322-2323. Baseline tests are held at The Center, 2200 NE Neff Road in Bend, Oregon.
