High Desert Moonfest

| Come celebrate the High Desert Moonfest in Prineville this weekend promoting the culture and heritage of our area. There will be several events all over town starting at 9 am and going until 10 pm. A 5k/10k, festival in the park with live bands, native storytellers, exhibitors, vendors and more. Bowman Museum is holding a session on the history of the Pioneer Queens, Wine Down Ranch is doing a logging tour, there is a guided walk at the Crooked River Wetlands, a street fair downtown, and an event at the Prineville Airport featuring their murals and the WWII planes and history. And you can end the day by going to Ghost Town at Crooked River Park and enjoy live music and a haunted house. |
