Freezing Food Workshop with OSU Extension in Redmond

Do you want to make the most of your food purchasing power or reduce food waste? Freezing the extra food from Oregon’s bounty can be easy and rewarding. Come join a “hands-on” workshop taught by OSU Extension Master Food Preservers.

We’ll be using recipes from OSU Extension’s Freezing Fruits and Vegetables and Freezing Convenience Foods. Learn about equipment, supplies and preparation tips for making best-quality frozen food products that your family and friends with love. The deadline for registration is Tuesday, May 27.
