Floating Sound Bath – In the Pool at Juniper Preserve

Come join us for a unique experience at Juniper Preserve where we will be hosting a floating sound bath in the pool! Come experience relaxation and weightlessness to a whole new level.

In this floating sound bath, you will be assisted onto a pool mattress and provided with cozy blankets and an eye mask. The floating movement on water helps deepen this meditative experience as the sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes, and other instruments wash over the body and mind, allowing both the physical and energetic body to release and relax deeply into the creative and restorative realms of Theta State. The weightlessness of floating on water, combined with the relaxed brainwave state, creates a supportive environment to release deeply, allowing remembering, refining, and re-aligning to happen gracefully in the presence of this resonance.

Light movement and breathing exercises will take place poolside before the start of the sound bath.
