Kimberly Rogers and Steve Thorp are Da Chara Duo, purveyors of fine, eclectic acoustic music in Central Oregon. Flute, guitar and sweet harmony vocals make for the perfect listening music. High quality, low volume.

Kimberly and Steve have been playing together as Da Chara Duo since 2011. With a variety of influences Da Chara explores many musical genres, including Celtic, jazz and world music. Kimberly, who brings flute, sax and vocal skills to the duo, studied music at Linn College. Steve, originally from Boston, adds over 50 years of guitar experience and vocals to the mix. “People can expect to hear everything during the performance,” said Steve. “Celtic…classical music….Carole King….the Beatles…Mary Bergin….Wes Montgomery…everything.”
