Crook County Domestic Well Safety Open House & Information Gathering

We want to hear from you:
The Crook County Commission invites you to share health concerns about your private well with the Oregon Health Authority. Representatives from the Oregon Departments of Environmental Quality and Agriculture (DEQ and ODA) will be available to gather information and hear concerns as well. This unique open house is tailored for you and your family, offering one-on-one conversations with experts.

Oregon Health Authority staff will share information about:

  • Options for well owners
  • Services OHA can provide
  • Individual and community health consultation

Health information shared with OHA will be used for internal purposes and kept confidential. Information shared with DEQ and ODA will be considered a public record and subject to public records request.
