Experience the transcendent beauty of classical guitar with critically acclaimed guitarist, Peter Fletcher. 

Peter offers an audience-friendly, solo recital including repertoire that runs the gamut from the Renaissance Period through the 19th century, performing music by Bach, Dowland, Giuliani, Koshkin, Tarrega and Albeniz.

Peter Fletcher – Biography

American Classical Guitarist, Peter Fletcher, made his formal debut at age 15 under the auspices of The Brasstown Concert Association in North Carolina.

In demand as a performer in cultural venues throughout the country, Mr. Fletcher has been invited to give recitals at the George Eastman House in Rochester, NY; Cincinnati’s Memorial Hall; St. Philip Cathedral in Atlanta; Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and many others. In 2003 he performed on the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concert Series at the Chicago Cultural Center.

In January 2005, Mr. Fletcher was invited to join the distinguished Jury of the 9th Annual Schadt String Competition in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He made his New York Debut at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in February 2007, and returned in 2008, 2009 and 2010 to a completely sold-out house.

Peter released his 10th CD, entitled Peter Fletcher in Concert, on February 18th of this year and tours annually coast to coast.

Peter divides his time between Detroit, where he recently purchased a vintage home in the historic North Rosedale Park neighborhood, and New York City.  Learn more at www.peterfletcher.com
