Central Oregon Community College Poetry Month

Join Central Oregon Community College’s Barber Library annual celebration of National Poetry Month. Oregon Poet Laureate, Anis Mojgani, will bring his engaging spoken word poetry to a writing workshop and performance on May 10 (workshop 4-5 pm, performance 5:30-6:30 pm). COCC faculty and students will lead writing workshops on April 17 on the Redmond campus, April 25 on the Bend campus, and April 27 online. A Poetry Slam with prizes for participants 5-7 pm on May 5 on the Bend campus. All events are free and open to the public. More details at barber.cocc.edu/poetry.
