Building a Salad at Arome

Learn to build a better salad at Arome.

This is an in-person program. Registration is required.

The blueprints for building foods are recipes. All recipes need a good foundation of quality products to create the complex dish with the proper depth of aromas, taste, and textures. Come to Arome and learn some of the intricacies of building salads that are bright, beautiful, flavorful, and well balanced. Participants will learn to make and be able to taste several different salads.

Alex Schultz is the Retail Store Manager of Arome here in Redmond. He is a gourmet food enthusiast who graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a BS degree in Hospitality Management. Alex managed restaurants and kitchens for over 26 years where he learned many cultural food techniques and recipes. He enjoys learning and sharing his passion for food with everyone.
