Our May Expert Chat will be with COCC’s very own Rachel Knox! Rachel serves as the Human Resources Manager- Compliance and will be presenting on how we can more effectively give and receive feedback in a way that will contribute to a stronger team dynamic. We all know that this is not the most comfortable conversation for some folks, so come learn about how we can navigate the process with respect and transparency.
Expert Chats are a one hour conversation with local industry leaders. You’ll gain valuable insights from executives and leaders on how they were able to enrich their careers, expand their opportunities, or as they simply share their industry knowledge. Each session is convened with a Q & A session
