Yoga is the perfect low-impact exercise to improve bone density without the use of weights or bone-jarring jumps, and this class is specifically designed to strengthen bones while gaining flexibility and balance. Certified yoga instructor Ashley Trottier brings a background in somatic yoga, dance and meditation to her classes, and Yoga for Strong Bones will help get your bones, muscles and tissues moving in natural alignment. Classes are open to the public ages 50+. $10 per class. Class begins promptly at 11:15.
