TRACEs Learning Community: Awareness
Have you been wondering about whether or not people throughout Central Oregon are aware of trauma, resilience and the TRACEs movement? With all the work being done, we sure have! Working with OHSU, OSU, and local partners, we conducted a community readiness assessment and an awareness survey in each county and the data is now ready to share, reflect on and discuss what it means for the work ahead! A series of learning communities (shorter and smaller than previous) will be held throughout Central Oregon in the coming months. Details for the first one are below: WHAT: TRACEs Learning Community – What are we learning about community attitudes, knowledge and beliefs around resilience in Deschutes County? WHERE: Deschutes County Library: Downtown Bend Brooks Room WHEN: Nov. 1st from 2 - 4pm WHO: you... .and invite friends! There is no cost, but registration is super helpful so we know if we'll have enough room and snacks. We will not be providing childcare, but your children are welcome. Details for Crook County are in the works as we coordinate with local partners in the community. We would also like to share the results of our efforts if there is interest in Jefferson County. If you are in one or both of these counties it would be great to have join the conversation! We’ll keep you posted on dates and times!
