Kale Is Among The Most Nutrient-Dense Foods on The Planet,
Spinach is a superfood. It is loaded with tons of nutrients in a low-calorie package. Dark, leafy greens like spinach are important for skin, hair, and bone health. They also provide protein, iron, vitamins, and minerals, Collard greens are loose leaf greens, related to kale and spring greens. They have thick leaves that taste slightly bitter, Beet greens are edible green leaves found on the tip of beets. They’re full of nutrients, including antioxidants that may support eye health, Swiss chard is rich in color and often incorporated into Mediterranean cooking.
