Free Yourself! Intro to Improv

In this 8 week class we will pay physical and mental games designed to empower self-expression, creativity, connection and confidence. We will learn the basic precepts of improv such as "yes, and..." supporting our fellow improvisors by accepting all ideas, and ultimately learning how to create a scene by supplying the needed elements.
