Letting Go. The meditative art of non-attachment. Mindfulness leads to direct insight into the truth of impermanence, the more clearly we understand that all things are in a state of constant change, arising and passing, the more we develop the skill of letting go. This weekend of Buddhist mindfulness practice will focus on being with the changes that are taking place in our lives and in the community. We will end with a celebration of gratitude for Wren and Wild and a letting go ritual as the current location comes to an end.
